Orders are processed within 1 business day of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Free shipping on orders over €100
Shipping to Spain
- Approximate delivery times: 2 to 6 business days.
- Orders under €100: €6 shipping.
Shipping to Balearic and Canary Islands
- Approximate delivery times: 3 to 6 business days.
- Orders under €100: €8 shipping.
- Orders over €150 may be subject to taxes or duties.
International shipping
- Europe: 3 to 6 business days.
- Orders under €100: €10 shipping.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.
